If your quote has a deposit requirment, the deposit must be paid to reserve the appointment. After it has been reserved the rest due is due at the beginning of the services, before our team starts. Any questions can be answered via phone     Please provide access, payments, and respect on the day of the cleaning. Additional areas not mentioned on your quote is not included to your cleaning. Additonal tasks not mentioned on your quote is not included to your quote.
		
	When requesting additonal areas/tasks last min your request maybe declined, or price may double in price for last min requests.
		
	Reschedual/cancelation: there is a surcharge if given notice same day & deposit is non-refundable if given notice same day.

1. Services Provide. Antonio House Cleaning Service. agrees to provide cleaning services as outlined in the service agreement or booking confirmation. Services may include residential or commercial cleaning, as specified by the client.

2. Booking and Payments

Payments must be made by [cash/Zelle / Venmo ], and full payment is due [/after] the service is completed.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 2 days before the scheduled service without penalty.
Cancellations made with less notice may result in a 50 % cancellation fee.

4. Access to Property

Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled service time

5. Liability

[Antonio House Cleaning Service] will not be held liable for any pre-existing damage or wear and tear to the client's property or belongings.
In case of accidental damage caused by our staff, clients must report it within [4] hours of service completion for resolution.
6. Health and Safety

Clients must inform [Antonio House Cleaning Service ] of any hazards, such as loose wires or fragile items, before the service begins.
Our staff reserves the right to refuse service if the property is deemed unsafe.

7. Client Obligations

Clients must ensure that valuable items are stored securely before the cleaning service.
Pets must be secured or relocated to ensure the safety of both our staff and the animals.

9.Governing Law
